Financial Information in Layperson's Terms

WARNING: What you are about to read is a shameless plug for a blog which I follow daily and a close friend of mine.

Starting an Investment Club

It is likely that one of the topics I will be covering in the future will be the investment club I am developing with some coworkers.  As I am a relative beginner when it comes to investing, I thought it might be a good idea to discuss the knowledge I gain throughout the next few years as I become more and more familiar with investing.  My journey though the maze of information on finance and investing will hopefully provide insight to others also wanting to become independently wealthy, but are overwhelmed by the sheer volume and percieved complexity of the financial system.

Read Joshua Kennon's Blog Regularly for Fantastic Investment Information

In light of this, I would like to make all readers aware of an excellent blog that I read regularly to gain knowledge on investing, JoshuaKennon.com.  He is my number one source of information regarding finances and investing because he offers excellent, detailed posts about the stock market, dividends, compounding and the like, but at the level of a novice.  If you have any desire to learn about how the market works or wish to start investing yourself, I strongly recommend reading his blog.
